// How It Started

From curious scrolling to obsessed testing

It started with a short video. Someone was showing off what an AI tool could do, and I remember thinking — wait, can it really do that? I signed up that same evening.

Within a week, I was using AI to help draft emails, answer tricky work questions, and think through business decisions. Within a month, I'd tried a dozen different tools. That's when a friend said: "You should write this stuff down — you always know which tools are actually worth it."

So that's what AICiel.com is. My honest notes on AI tools, written for people who don't have time to test everything themselves. No tech background needed to read it — or to benefit from it.

// Why "Ciel"?

Sky's the limit — literally

"Ciel" means sky in French. I chose it because that's how AI tools make me feel — like the ceiling just got lifted. Tasks that used to take me hours now take minutes. Problems I'd have to hire someone to solve, I can now figure out myself.

The right AI tool can do that for anyone. You don't need to be a programmer. You don't need a big budget. You just need to know where to start — and that's what this site is here for.

// How I Review

My simple rule: use it before writing about it

Every single tool on this site has been personally tested by me. I sign up, I use it for real tasks, I hit its limits, and then I write about it honestly — including the parts that aren't so great.

I don't accept payment for positive reviews. If a tool earns an affiliate commission, I disclose it. If a tool isn't worth your time, I'll tell you that too.
